In certain cases, the Partnership, when partnering with distributors, allocates a portion of its capital to fulfil the issuance. Such transactions provide an opportunity to acquire debt securities with higher yields than those specified in standard placement conditions.
Partnership can acquire the remaining balance of the distributed securities and realize it in the secondary market through brokers and private bankers of other financial institutions, ensuring complete information security.
OTC orders and bond issue projects
Long-term portfolio is aimed at generating a fixed investment return by acquiring and holding debt securities (Euro-xs and corporate/government bonds) for a period ranging 1 to 5 years. When forming a long-term portfolio, private debt securities are identified to align with the Partnership’s strategy and key criteria such as the use of borrowed funds, term, collateral, income potential, liquidity, and others are evaluated. Partnership earns returns in the form of interest payments. The generated return is distributed to partners in proportion to their contributed amount.
Bonds portfolio management
Partnership actively engages in trading debt securities on exchanges and privately via over-the-counter (OTC) transactions. Partnership generates variable income from the price difference between buying and selling.
Considering market trends demand for private debt securities, and seasonality, the Partnership uses a larger capital amount to positions to receive a larger amount during allocation and then re-selling after placements.
